At the end of October NHS Estates will be launching an online training programme for the decontamination of surgical instruments in a series of roadshows throughout England.

This online training has been developed as part of the overall National Decontamination Programme and responds to feedback from Trusts who have identified the need for high quality, formalised training of staff to improve standards and safety.

HOW TO REGISTER

Decontamination Leads in all Acute Trusts in England have already been informed that we have made 3 places available to staff from each Trust to attend the launch. Interested delegates should first contact their local Decontamination Lead for more information. Delegates can register online at www.intuition.com/decontaminationtraining. Closing date for receipt of applications is Wednesday 20th October 2004.
