Yes Deb, although like you I don't wear them (just a litle glitter on the ears) I would agree that no nail adornments should be worn by staff members working in settings where hand hygiene is required. I always find it amazing how many people are going to a wedding at the weekend. Our registry offices and churches must be working flat out..

seriously there is loads of work on this in the US and lots suggest that
bacterial load can be increased by 50% behind false nails coatings !! imagine
that with the inability to wash hands or even turn taps on ...keeps us in a job
!!!!
