Is there no way we can get a national profile for ICN's as there seems to be alot of inconsistency in the bands ICN's are being given? We don't seem to fit any of the nurse specialist profiles and I think there are alot of of ICN's being matched too low. Surely it is in all our best interests to ensure ICN's are given a fair deal - H grade being matched to a 5 is just not on!
