Hello

We've been told that AFC are unable to job match us. Did anyone else expererience this? If so how did you resolve it? If you have been banded, what band have you been put into?

PLEASE HELP!

I have had to go to JAQ even though other PCT's have found a job match. It is a long laborious process so put lots of time aside!

I completed a JAQ 5 months ago and still don't know what my band is! It has taken me about 10 hours to do and now we have to do the KSF - this is another nightmare, especially when you don't know what band you're on!

Is there no way we can get a national profile for ICN's as there seems to be alot of inconsistency in the bands ICN's are being given? We don't seem to fit any of the nurse specialist profiles and I think there are alot of of ICN's being matched too low. Surely it is in all our best interests to ensure ICN's are given a fair deal - H grade being matched to a 5 is just not on!
