We are looking at how to improve handwashing in schools. First we want to do an audit to see what is happening at present and then look at what ages to target and what teaching materials to use.If anyone has any ideas or audit tools they have used please could you let me have them. Thank you for your help

Hi Sandra, We did a week long campaign during food health week. We worked with reception children and year 4. I did not do any audits but it is amazing how there are lots of grotty bars of soap out there. Got some good resources from food link (not to costly.) I worked with school nurses and Nursery nurses they were very helpful and had already done some work in this area. Give me a call if I can give you any info. Joan |
