Out of interest, as I found out when discussing my appeal, whatever profile you are matched against the 2 key components you must match are Knowledge, Training & Experience and Freedom to act. You can then have a variation on 5 of the others, anymore than that and it is not the correct profile for the post. Useful information only if you havn't yet done a JD and know what profile you are going to be matched against
