Apparently you only need to pick a couple for each post, so that shouldn't be a problem, but what advice have others been given on completing these? We used HWB3 Protection of Health and Wellbeing and IK3 Knowledge and Information Resources and assessed them at level 2 to start the post and level 3 to be fully competent - what have others done?
