Being very topical - we have been looking at possibly using probiotics or brewer's yeast prophylactically for those pts at risk of ARD (C diff). I know that there is an ongoing debate about the efficacy of this but is anybody doing this and what or how did they persuade the Trust to spend money on it in light of the lack of evidence?
