Dear Colleagues, Have anyone used the 2004 and 2005 ICNA audit tools reporting format for their Trust. I was so keen to use the database that I encouraged my senior colleague to use it for our IC audit this year. I could not find some of the data my colleague has typed into the database and we are having difficulty finding the actual program for reporting useful.
The questionnaires are good but if we do not find any positive feedback, we might return to putting all result in a matrix using the Microsoft Excel (as was done previously) in the next annual audit in a year"s time.
Any help and successful examples will be appreciated.

Just a suggestion but if you don't find any of the pre-formatted reports particularly to your liking then you can choose to run one of the 'on-screen' reports (those in the reports menu that are above the horizontal separating line) and then choose the 'export' function to create an excel file for further manipulation/reporting.
