As far as I know we haven't had ours yet - I have it confirmed that the SHA have the revenue for the project worker though. Can I please have a consensus of what PCTs are doing in particular for personal dental services (not the high street GDP)

Hi Sue The short answer is no! The SHA have confirmed that they have received all funding but there are currently huge debate over capital/revenue definitions and implementation of the action plans to address compliance. It is frustrating to say the least. Call me if you want to compare notes! Bev |

My understanding is that the release of the monies held for decontamination by the SHA's is dependent upon the completion of the bid to centralise resources. I was also under the understanding that some monies had been allocated as a contingency fund that could be allocated if the project board approved. I also asked about dental practices and locally the dental services within hospital settings will be access SSD but other dentistry will carry on as they are but implement the IC Dental guidance. |
