We had a couple of outbreaks where we used Vapourised Hydrogen Peroxide via Steris to "fumigate" the areas. I would suggest you contact Sue Macqueen, our Infection Control Nurse Specialist, here at Great Ormond Street Hospital for more specific info on the rationale and methodology used.
