Does anyone currently use (or have experience of) an automated bed washer? We are currently looking into this but would like to hear other views on the subject.
Thanks

We have supplied one to a number of Trusts - the one at Bedford Hospital
featured on Panorama"s programme last year, for example. Please contact me
for further details of contacts, if you wish.
Bedwashers get to corners where manual washing does not, and allow you to
vacate temporarily (15 minutes) the ward space so that it can be cleaned
properly. Also, the bedwashers can often be used for all other ward
furniture, including plastic flowers, and help to get the ward up and
running again within less than 24 hours of an outbreak of, say, Norwalk
virus.
