Is anyone a surveillance nurse who has been job matched yet? If you have or know anyone that has can you contact me please it will save my sanity as our surveillance nurse is threatening to leave rather than fill in a JAQ questionaire!! |

My surveillance and audit nurse is ready to quit because she was job matched and came out as a Band 5. This is inappropriate so tell your nurse to get on doing a JAQ as this is her best chance of getting across what she actually does within the role and getting banded appropriately. |

Fill in the JAQ - it's the best way to get over what the post realy does. It isn't an exam and you can really think about the answers. I can't imagine how anyone managed to fit these posts into a national profile.
