Refund Policy - Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Finance and General Purposes Committee (F&GPC;), of the Infection Control Nurses Association (ICNA). In the unlikely event you require a refund we will gladly look at your circumstances and contact you regarding the resolution. We reserve the right to refund your transaction back to the credit/Debit card used without warning if we feel the details provided by yourself, or the details provided to us from the World Pay AVS checks indicate a possible fraudulent purchase. This is to protect both our customers and us against credit card fraud.
