Manchester

Linda Skipper is Senior Nurse Control of Infection with Trafford Healthcare NHS Trust in
Manchester and has been an Infection Control Nurse since 1985. Linda was one of the
co-authors of the recently published Hand Decontamination Guidelines by the ICNA. She is
the NEC representative for the North West Regional Group of the ICNA and an active
member of the Association.

Jane Cuffling RGN RSCN

Infection Control Nurse
Sheffield Children�s Hospital NHS Trust

Jane Cuffling has been an Infection Control Nurse for 7 years and is currently the vice
co-ordinator of the Paediatric Special Interest Group of the ICNA as well as conference
organiser for the annual Paediatric 1 day conference and a member of the organising
committee for the Trent Regional Group�s annual study day.

Nicola Pratelli

Community Infection Control Nurse
South West London Health Protection Unit

Nicola Pratelli began her career as a Community Infection Control Nurse in 1992 for
Merton and Sutton Health Authority. Two children and several restructurings later she is part
of the South West London Health Protection Unit as lead nurse responsible for
decontamination and primary care liaison. Nicola is a member of the Epic B team
developing standard principles in the community for NICE.
